The truth is that the usual dental copy – about us, treatments, contact etc. Whilst it’s all important, it doesn’t set you apart. The old generic website doesn’t really stack up any more. One way to make yourself visible on the internet is through regular blogging. And, that’s where I can help – because I really like blogging on dental topics. I was a dentist myself, and I always loved speaking to patients.
Another area that will add some sparkle and make you show up on more searches is the FAQ section. Prospective patients are searching the internet for an answer to a question, and that question is not always ‘Can you find me a dentist in Wigan (for example)’.
Sure – you can do all this yourself if you want to spend the time reading the right articles, following the right YouTube channels and practising your writing skills. But if you don’t want to do all that, and if you don’t like writing as much as I do… you should probably hire a specialist dental copywriter.
Hint: there are contact details for one at the bottom of the page 😃.
So – if you don’t want to write the copy yourself, you need to find someone you can trust to do it for you. That is, possibly, where I come in. I was a dentist myself for twenty-five years, I owned my own practice and I even held a teaching post at the University of Manchester – I know how you feel about making sure that your communication with your patients is honest, up to date, informative and educational. I can read through the copy you have already created, or even visit you to discuss your needs, then write in the style that feels authentically you. I have always enjoyed writing in different voices and styles.
My practising career was ended by an injury in 2019 and it took me a while to find my new path. If you are bored you can read my story here. But all through that time, and even when I was still practising, I have written something every day. If you would like to find out more, or engage my services, click the button to go to contact form.
